تنفيذًا لقرار السيد رئيس الجمهورية، عبد المجيد تبون، المتعلق بتسوية وضعية المواطنين الجزائريين المتواجدين بالخارج في وضعيات هشّة و غير قانونية والذين هم محل إجراءات قضائية أو إدارية، تُعلم القنصلية العامة للجزائر بنيويورك أفراد الجالية الوطنية المقيمين في نطاق اختصاصها بما يلي:
أنه تم اتخاذ تدابير استثنائية لفائدة المواطنين المعنيين، ولا سيما فئة الشباب، الذين هم محل متابعات قضائية أو إدارية مرتبطة بوقائع جنحية بسيطة تمس بالنظام العام، وذلك قصد تمكينهم من تسوية وضعيتهم القانونية.
وعليه، تدعو القنصلية العامة للجزائر بنيويورك المواطنين المعنيين إلى التواصل مع مصالحها القنصلية من أجل تقديم طلباتهم وفق النموذج المعتمد في الرابط: https://bit.ly/49VPJhd ، وإرفاقها بالوثائق المطلوبة، قصد الاستفادة من هذه الإجراءات الاستثنائية.
وتؤكد القنصلية العامة للجزائر بنيويورك التزامها الكامل بمرافقة المواطنين المعنيين ومتابعة ملفاتهم إلى غاية الفصل النهائي فيها، في إطار احترام القوانين والتنظيمات المعمول بها.

These exceptional measures have been adopted for the benefit of the affected citizens, particularly young people, who are subject to judicial or administrative proceedings related to misdemeanors affecting public order, to enable them to regularize their legal status.
