السيد شايب يجتمع برؤساء المراكز القنصلية
في إطار مواصلة سلسلة اللقاءات الدورية مع رؤساء المراكز القنصلية بالخارج، عقد كاتب الدولة، لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية، المكلف بالجالية الوطنية بالخارج، السيد سفيان شايب، عبر تقنية التحاضر المرئي عن بعد،اجتماعا تنسيقيا وتوجيهيا، مع السيدات و السادة رؤساء المراكز القنصلية بالقارتين الأوروبية والأمريكية.
خصص هذا اللقاء للوقوف على مدى تقدم التحضيرات الجارية لضمان إنجاح عودة أبناء الجالية الوطنية المقيمين بالخارج الى أرض الوطن بمناسبة موسم الاصطياف الحالي في افضل وأحسن الظروف.
وفي هذا الإطار، سمح هذا الاجتماع بالاطلاع على الصدى الإيجابي للتدابير التي أقرتها السلطات العليا للبلاد لفائدة مواطنينا بديار المهجر، لاسيما ما تعلق منها بتسهيلات إجراءات الولوج إلى التراب الوطني.
كما شكل هذا اللقاء فرصة لمتابعة الجهود المبذولة من طرف شبكتنا القنصلية في إطار تجسيد خطة عمل الوزارة المتعلقة بتحديث المنظومة القنصلية وعصرنتها وتقديم خدمات ميسرة تواكب احتياجات جاليتنا المقيمة بالخارج وتضمن معاملات إدارية ذات جودة عالية.
وفي هذا الصدد، تم إسداء جملة من التعليمات والتوجيهات قصد مواصلة تحسين جودة الخدمات القنصلية المقدمة بالاضافة إلى الحرص على التواصل المستمر مع أفراد جاليتنا وتعزيز روابطهم مع الوطن الأم.
Mr.Chaib meets with heads of consular centers
As part of the ongoing series of periodic meetings with heads of consular centers abroad, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the national community abroad, Mr. Sofiane Chaib, held a coordination and guidance meeting via remote videoconferencing with the heads of consular centers in Europe and the Americas.
This meeting was dedicated to reviewing the progress of ongoing preparations to ensure the successful return of members of the national community residing abroad to their homeland for the current summer season under the best and most favorable conditions.
In this context, the meeting provided an opportunity to observe the positive impact of measures taken by the country’s high authorities for the benefit of citizens living abroad, particularly regarding the facilitation of entry procedures into the national territory.
The meeting also served as an occasion to monitor the efforts made by the consular network in implementing the ministry’s action plan to modernize and update the consular system, providing streamlined services that meet the needs of our community abroad and ensure high-quality administrative transactions.
In this regard, a set of instructions and directives were issued to continue improving the quality of consular services provided, as well as to ensure ongoing communication with our community members and strengthen their ties with their homeland.
