تعلم القنصلية العامة بنيويورك مواطنيها أنه قد تم توفير أدناه شهادة قابلة للتحميل لتقديمها عند الضرورة إلى السلطات المختصة من أجل السماح لهم بدخول الجزائر بدون تأشيرة وذلك في إطار الإجراء الاستثنائي الذي اتخذته السلطات الجزائرية والذي يسمح للجزائريين الحاملين لجواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول بالدخول إلى التراب الوطني في الفترة من 2026/01/01 إلى 2026/12/31، وذلك بتقديم جواز سفر بيومتري أو بطاقة تعريف وطنية بيومترية منتهيين الصلاحية.

The Consulate General in New York informs its citizen that a downloadable certificate has been provided below to be submitted when necessary to the competent authorities in order to allow them to enter Algeria without a visa. This is within the framework of the exceptional measure taken by the Algerian authorities, which allows Algerians holding a valid American passport to enter the national territory from January, 01, 2026 to December,31, 2026, by submitting an Algerian expired biometric passport or a biometric ID.
