في إطار تعزيز الروابط بين أفراد الجالية الجزائرية المقيمة بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، نظّمت القنصلية العامة الجزائرية بنيويورك حفلة شواء في أجواء ودية وعائلية يوم 08 جوان 2025 بحديقة “بروسبكت بارك” الشهيرة في بروكلين، نيويورك. وقد شهد هذا الحدث حضورًا مميزًا من أبناء الجالية من مختلف الأعمار والمناطق، الذين التقوا لتجديد أواصر المحبة والانتماء، وسط أجواء من الفرح وتبادل الذكريات والموسيقى الجزائرية الأصيلة.
شكلت هذه المبادرة فرصة لتعزيز التواصل المباشر بين القنصلية وأفراد الجالية، والاستماع إلى انشغالاتهم وتطلعاتهم في إطار غير رسمي. كما عبّر المشاركون عن سعادتهم بتنظيم مثل هذه الفعاليات التي تساهم في تقوية الشعور بالانتماء الوطني وترسيخ الروابط بين أبناء الوطن الواحد، رغم بُعد المسافات. وتجدد القنصلية العامة بهذه المناسبة التزامها بمواصلة مثل هذه المبادرات التي تقرّب الجالية من وطنها الأم وتكرّس روح التضامن والتآزر بينها.
As part of its efforts to strengthen ties within the Algerian community in the United States, the Consulate General of Algeria in New York organized a barbecue gathering in a warm and friendly atmosphere at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York, on June 8th 2025. The event brought together members of the Algerian community of all ages and backgrounds, offering them a chance to reconnect, share memories, and enjoy traditional Algerian music and cuisine in a relaxed outdoor setting.
This initiative served as an opportunity to foster direct communication between the Consulate and the community, allowing space for dialogue and the expression of concerns in an informal environment. Participants expressed their appreciation for such events, which help reinforce their sense of national belonging and solidarity despite the distance from their homeland. On this occasion, the Consulate General reaffirmed its commitment to continuing these kinds of initiatives that bring the community closer to Algeria and to each other.
