Due to the increase in the number of cases of loss of passport within the postal services, the Consulate General requires that requests for documents of identity or travel (Passport, National Identity, Military Exemption Cards) introduced by mail be imperatively accompanied by a prepaid certified mail return envelope. Non-compliant requests to this rule will not be processed. |
